Global Effects 5K

On October 8th Cornerstone Baptist Church will be hosting the 2016 inaugural Compassion in Action race supporting the work of Global Effects! Come run, walk, or do a combination of both and support thousands of lives overseas! Pebbles Preschool is excited to be involved in this wonderful activity! Bring the whole family to cheer you on and enjoy a Family Fun event immediately following the race! We will have bounce houses, food, and fun activities for all ages to enjoy! Global Effects, Inc. loves and supports thousands of individuals in India, Nepal, and Romania by financing self-sustaining businesses, providing food, shelter, and education to orphans, training teachers, supporting communities, and hosting medical clinics to those who would otherwise go without.

All runners will receive a race t-shirt at packet pick-up and medal when they cross the finish line!

Medals given to 1-3 in each age group as well as Masters and Overall awards. Plaque presented to the fastest team.
The age group breakdown for awards is as follows: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.

Packet Pick-up: Cornerstone Baptist Church – 7955 N. Beach Street, Fort Worth TX 76137 Packets will include t-shirt, race bib, timing chip, race-day schedule, and sponsor goodies Thursday. October 6th – 10:00-6:00 Friday, October 7th – 10:00-6:00
T-shirts are guaranteed for those that register by Friday, September 23. Registrations after September 23, t-shirts will be available for pick up after race day.

GROUP REGISTRATION – This event offers a reduced price if you register a group of 5 or more.
